Report from the Institute of Public Care at Oxford Brookes University (IPC) assessing joint commissioning skills and capacity across social care and health for older people services in Wales in order to inform the development of national resources to meet any gaps that are identified. The approach taken has been based on that developed through a pilot assessment in West Wales.
