End of project report private rented sector improvement project.pdf – Feb-2014
The Private Rented Sector Improvement Project was launched in March 2012 by the WLGA, with funding from the Welsh Government. The work was completed in September 2013 and this report details how the project's aims were achieved.

WLGA Empty Homes Conference 2013 – Handouts and Feedback.pdf – Nov-2013
The Welsh Local Government Association (WLGA) held the first national Empty Homes Conference at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff on 6th November 2013. The conference marked the first year of an innovative Welsh Government recyclable loan scheme, which has been funded with £20 million.
